Personalised Advocacy and Support: Tailoring our approach to meet the individual needs of our clients, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
Collaborative Efforts: Working closely with local authorities, and other agencies, we strive to create a unified front in addressing the complexities of addiction recovery.
Comprehensive Client Support: From advocating for access to residential rehabilitation to navigating local service landscapes, we provide holistic support.
Community-Focused Outreach: Understanding local issues and building relationships with other organisations to advocate effectively for our clients.
Empowerment through Involvement: Ensuring clients are informed and involved in every step, promoting self-advocacy and long-term resilience.
Our Impact
In the first 2 years , we’ve engaged with people across various 17 local authorities. Always advocating for their preferred treatment options and challenging systemic issues in addiction and other statutory services & structures including challenging DWP decisions and working with the ombudsman in relevant sectors. Our work has highlighted the need for more inclusive, responsive, and client-centered approaches in recovery services.
Join Our Mission
We are more than advocates; we are partners in the journey towards recovery. Our service is a beacon of hope, providing a platform for voices that need to be heard. Together, we are making strides towards a society where recovery is accessible and supported for all.
